The following features are included in Cyberience Projects software.

Tasks

The Tasks functionality allows you to add categorised tasks to your project.

Categories available by default include Tasks, Milestones and Bugs which allows you to maintain all your outstanding items for your project in the one place

Each task can be assigned an estimated and actual time. The actual time can be used within the Invoicing functionality to calculate costs based on an hourly rate

Invoicing

Each Invoice is made up of individual Work Items which can be based on either a Fixed Rate or Hourly Rate or a combination of both.

The Invoicing functionality is linked with the Tasks and Clients functionality and allows dynamic generation of PDF Invoices and Receipts

The Actual Times recorded against each Task can be assigned to an individual Work Item

Timetracking

Cyberience Projects is developed with its own timetracking functionality. The timetracking functionality offers the ability to record individual items of time manually or as automatically via "stopwatch" functionality which can be used as you work.

Clients

Cyberience Projects can be used to maintain your Client Contact Information and is integrated with the Invoicing functionality to directly populate your clients address and project details on each invoice or receipt

Multiple Users

There is no limit on the number of users who can be setup within Cyberience Projects so your whole team / organisation can be setup with individual user accounts. Tasks can be assigned to individual users.

Unlimited Projects

There is no restriction on the number of projects you can manage within Cyberience Projects. No matter how big or small your projects are you can maintain them within one application to improve the productivity and collaboration of your team.
